Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "You") and hhdb (hereinafter "hhdb", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the hhdb website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and any associated services accessible at hhdb.io and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

hhdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. The version published on this page at any given time represents the current operative version.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the hhdb website, services, games, betting markets, and related features accessible via hhdb.io.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the Banglad eshi Taka (BDT) balance held in a Player's hhdb Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit bonus awarded to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Money" means deposited or won funds that are fully withdrawable subject to verification and these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by hhdb before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within every hhdb account.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on hhdb, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or otherwise restricted from using the hhdb Platform or any other online gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You are of sound mind and not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing bets or making financial transactions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of hhdb or any of its partner studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, or Spribe.

2.2 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. hhdb will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted on the Platform through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify hhdb of any suspected unauthorised access. hhdb strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

hhdb accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed within the account cashier at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your hhdb wallet in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) to two (2) business hours for bank transfer methods. hhdb does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the account cashier, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC (identity and age) verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, unless hhdb explicitly approves an alternative method in writing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply as displayed in the cashier.
• Any active Bonus Funds or pending wagering requirements attached to a balance must be resolved before the associated real-money portion can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

hhdb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are flagged by internal risk monitoring systems. During such review, the relevant funds may be temporarily held for a period not exceeding ten (10) business days.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the hhdb Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hhdb does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion costs arising from international payment instruments used to access the Platform are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In order to protect the integrity of the Platform and safeguard all Players, hhdb operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform, and must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is approved.

4.1 Required Documentation

To complete KYC, Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the bKash, Nagad, or bank account is registered in your name).
• Selfie photograph or video verification, if requested by the hhdb compliance team.

All documents submitted for KYC must be clear, unedited, and valid. Submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.

4.2 Account Status During KYC Review

Players may continue to deposit and play while a KYC review is pending. However, no withdrawal will be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed. hhdb targets a KYC review turnaround of two (2) to five (5) business days from receipt of complete documentation.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

hhdb offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms attached to each promotion and by this Section 5.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is thirty (30) times the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired, unfulfilled Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is limited to one redemption per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• hhdb reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already accepted and partially fulfilled a wagering requirement will be permitted to complete it under the original terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the systematic exploitation of wagering requirements via low-variance play strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or colluding with other Players to fulfil requirements — is strictly prohibited. hhdb employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect such behaviour. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds voided and may be permanently restricted from future promotions.

Betting, Games & Fair Play

6.1 Sports Betting

hhdb offers sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, the odds are locked for that transaction.

hhdb reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after the relevant event had already commenced (in-play bets accepted in error), or where a clear pricing error had resulted in manifestly incorrect odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's wallet.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on hhdb — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and virtual games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game's RNG (Random Number Generator) is independently certified for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available from the respective game provider.

hhdb does not manipulate game outcomes. The Platform acts as an aggregator of third-party certified game content and is not responsible for technical errors or service interruptions originating within a game provider's infrastructure, beyond prompt notification to the relevant provider.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hhdb Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt betting practice.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or any transaction designed to conceal the origins of funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via a VPN or other means of IP masking.

Responsible Gaming

hhdb is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only. hhdb acknowledges that a minority of Players may develop problematic gambling behaviour and provides the following tools to all registered Players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Privacy & Data Protection

hhdb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hhdb implements SSL/TLS encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third parties. Data is shared only with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game providers to the extent strictly necessary to provide the hhdb service.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hhdb Platform — including but not limited to the hhdb brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, text, graphics, game content (as licensed from third-party providers), and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of hhdb or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written permission of hhdb.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhdb, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss, even if hhdb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hhdb makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

hhdb is an offshore online gaming platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. hhdb does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in Bangladesh or any other specific territory, and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a Player's choice to access the Platform from any jurisdiction.

Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your hhdb account at any time by contacting the support team via WhatsApp or live chat. Before account closure is finalised, any outstanding Real Money balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by hhdb

hhdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against hhdb by a Player's payment provider.
• Conduct that hhdb reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon account termination for cause, hhdb reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that funds were obtained through fraudulent or prohibited conduct, those funds may be permanently forfeited.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hhdb is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred in the first instance to the hhdb customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) calendar days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. hhdb aims to resolve all player disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. Players retain the right to seek independent legal advice at their own expense at any stage of a dispute.

Nothing in this Section limits hhdb's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

hhdb may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered Players will be notified via email or an on-platform alert at least seven (7) days before the updated Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case the updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication.

The current effective version of the Terms is always accessible on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
